Croc’s is first Virginia Certified Green Restaurant.
Kudos to Kal and Laura Wood Habr, owners of Croc’s, for shelling out quite an investment in their quest to go “green”. There will be a ceremony held at the Virginia Beach Convocation Center Wednesday August 29th at 10:30 am and then later at Croc’s around 11:45 for refreshments and hors d’oeuvres. You can read the press release here on some of the changes they made and none of them are cheap like recycled menu paper or bio-degradable plastic cups.
