Cooking with 5 Points – schedule update
just to keep all of our fans information savy here is the upcoming schedule for cooking with 5 Points.
this coming Monday, May 7th, we have Beth Austin (sous chef at The Boot) talking about Asian Fusion. Details on the dish she is preparing will be posted this weekend.
For May 14th the Boot will be having a private event so Cooking with 5 Points will be postponed until the following week.
May 21st will be Mike Farrell of Bardo (located 2 blocks down from the Boot) doing a lesson on Sushi and Sake. Details on his locals food choices soon to follow.
May 28th will be a special Memorial Day picnic adventure class with Jared and Julio from the Taphouse. I am pulling for a lesson on veggie fajitas but we’ll have to wait and see.
In June we will be seeing faces of Empire, Vintage Kitchen, and more. Thanks for supporting and just so you know we have raised about $1000 so far for the 5 Points Community Farm Market. Yippee!
